Why ARDH exists
Real-estate information is fragmented across property information, maps, geographic data, planning information, market information and professional knowledge. ARDH aims to bring these dimensions into a structured analytical workflow so decisions are clearer before capital is committed.

Technology should augment expertise, not replace it. Where information is incomplete, ARDH should identify assumptions and limitations rather than presenting estimates as facts.

- Data science — data preparation, analytical frameworks, scoring logic, structured reasoning and explicit handling of uncertainty and assumptions.
- Architecture — spatial interpretation, property characteristics, development potential and built-environment considerations that generic chat tools usually miss.
- Geographic intelligence — location, accessibility, surrounding context and GIS/planning information where available—including Tunisia PAU zoning via GeoPAU when coverage exists.
- AI-assisted analysis — synthesis, information extraction, report generation and interactive assistance within the ARDH workflow. AI supports analysis; it does not replace architects, engineers, surveyors, lawyers or authorities.
